7.15.20 – CDSee You Later

July 15, 2020 / Christopher Unterberger / Leave a comment

Want this data?
Do you really want it?
Sike!
I just wanted to flaunt it
In your face for you to worry
About COVID, but not correct
My mistakes.
For the CDC is too incompetent.

7.13.20 – Trump Wears a Mask

July 13, 2020 / Christopher Unterberger / Leave a comment

Trump’s mask was finally born
From advisers who repeatedly warned
That he should wear masks,
But he was too proud to ask
Someone to show how its worn.

7.10.20 – Examining a Financial Disaster

July 10, 2020 / Christopher Unterberger / Leave a comment

In the shadow of a crippled nation
A small man defends his wealth.
It does not interrupt ovation
Coming only from himself.

4.15.20 – Trump Hears a WHO

April 15, 2020 / Christopher Unterberger / Leave a comment

Trump heard the WHO
Let >100,000 people die
Due to COVID-19.

This is How the Grinch Trump Stole Christmas WHO funding:
He said to.
It’s not funny.
Oh, the places you’ll go
When you want to win election.
One vote,
Two vote,
Who, though,
Will absentee vote
This November?

4.4.20 – Masks

April 4, 2020 / Christopher Unterberger / Leave a comment

The CDC recommends
That we all wear masks
To protect us from foreign invaders
Invading our lungs
And our minds.
The fire between
Science and Trump
Is further stoked.
These masks
Have been worn
For weeks.
But I’ve been wearing masks my whole life*

*Cue teenage angst

3.27.20 – Essential Risk

March 27, 2020 / Christopher Unterberger / Leave a comment

Essential to this plot
Of determining risk
Amounts to those around you
And those you may have missed.
Through executive power
A country will be split
Into high or low or middle
Infectionary risk.

3.27.20 – A Stimulating Haiku

March 27, 2020 / Christopher Unterberger / Leave a comment

The House passed the bill
After efforts to block it.
Trump signed it at once.
